Kebab was lovely, got a bacon ,cheese garlic chips, what ever it was in the mix was not bacon . It was not good, chips, cheese and sauce was lovely but that imitation bacon let it down badly. Lads were sound tho.
Really bad place and had hair in my food and the workers are really rude and nasty and they take so long to reply to customers on the phone for delivery and the toilets are horrible and delivery is very late and they don’t offer any drinks thank tou from Cyntia
I have been using their service since they opened, in fact they were my go to take away. I very rarely make complaints, but I have recently found myself throwing more food out than eating. I purchased a pizza and chips a few weeks back, chips were fine pizza base was raw, I brought this up to them (and sent photos) and didn't even get as much as an apology. Again, I raised this to them, I was offered a replacement order that was burnt, everything on order. I said nothing. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered last week, and yet again it was burnt. This time I messaged again, and yet again I have not even received an apology. Obviously they can not take constructive criticism. I will not be using their service again, which is a shame because the staff seemed friendly.
